Average timelines: Items take 2-8 business days for production prior to shipping.

Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders!

For orders under 75 adult shirts (placed at one time to the same shipping location), we ensure competitive pricing given the high-quality materials used in our shirts. Additionally, you will often find our shirts on sale! However, if you're interested in a different quality/brand shirt, we can offer additional discounts per shirt on average. For bulk orders exceeding 75 adult shirts, we're happy to discuss further discounts (both for original Bella & Canvas brand and an alternative brand). Yes! All clothing items (adult-infant) are unisex. Please reference the size guide in the product photos and/or the size guide button on the product page for specific measurements.

Clothing should be turned inside out and washed cold on a delicate cycle. Lay flat to dry. Do not bleach, dry clean, or iron directly onto design. If ironing is required, turn on low heat and iron on reverse side of print.

Yes! All items (with the exception of embroidered) can add additional back text for a fee of $7/shirt. Please note text in the personalization "back printing" box on the product listing page.

They are not. All of our designs (with the exception of embroidery) are direct to garment print where the ink is infused into the garment fibers. This makes certain that unlike vinyl, our prints never peel, crack, or lift.

If when opening your order you notice a vinegar-like smell, please don't be concerned. It is from a fixation agent applied during the printing process, and it’s not permanent.

Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.

The solution is simply to wash the garment! The smell is not permanent and should go away after one wash.
